Taken care of very well. Knowledgeable person. Caring, thoughtful. Got my hearing aids cleaned out of the wax. They are much better.
I like the hearing aids that I ordered. I ordered ones that can be used with a remote. But when I went to my appointment to pick the hearing aids they didn't have the remote. The agent forgot to order the remote. The worst part was he wouldn't admit he forgot to order the remote. He looked over my paperwork, then looked through other customers orders to see if one was in there. I paid extra for the remote, which I need because I can't touch my hair at work and it will be more hygienic to use the remote with my job. It took 2... read more
Everyone in the office was super nice, caring and helpful! Mason does a great job listening to my concerns and questions and making adjustments.
We saw Mason at the East Des Moines location and he was amazing! Very efficient, caring, answered all questions with patience and made the overall experience a positive one. We would 100% recommend Beltone/Mason!
