Always friendly and helpful.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean, comfortable, outside appears to have been swept. Last year I was very apprehensive about the exam, I wasn't this year. Staff helped me feel comfortable. They do not have an audiologist available. I felt I had a good exam.
Service, professional help, personnel, wait time were all excellent.
Yay, I can hear again!
