I called ASI because they had done a small job for me a few months before. This time? Horrible. See the interaction on the Better Business Bureau website for full details. I got my money back, expended my OWN funds getting their equipment down and ready to pack up, and the owner, who said he would pay to have it shipped back, then decided *I* was scamming *him,* and has refused to cooperate further. I found ASI when another company, with whom I had clearly communicated my needs over the course of two weeks, arrived to announce they could not help me. ASI sent two wonderful young men who actually solved the precipitating problem (my DVR seemed dead--it wasn't), and adjusted what I would have done, saving me hundreds of dollars.
