Not sure if it’s a universal thing now, where surgeries have to ensure their receptionists have to exhibit a certain level of unprofessionalism and bluntness. Is there a training guide they follow where they should treat every person that calls in as a second class citizen? The GP’s themselves are pretty good, hence I’ve given 3 stars, would have been 5 if it wasn’t for the daunting fact you have to speak to the receptionists first.
Very rubbish service
I'm on crutches staying at a friend's and last 2 months I've had my medication for ptsd repeated over the phone. Now they expect me to go in person. From heywood it'd cost more in travel than it would for the prescription. So as i can't get MEDICATION from the drs due to people in said department, I am NOW FORCED to buy and self MEDICATE with CANNABIS to keep MY PTSD in check Shame on you. And to a ex serviceman
I was walking past this surgery with my little girl last week and I could see and hear one of the older cleaning ladies with glasses in the entrance using the most foul language towards other people in the building! She was right in view and earshot of the public seemingly having an angry outburst. I was and am disgusted that my little girl witnessed this display of unprofessionalism! Ordinarily I would not leave reviews but I have been driven to do so by the shock of what I saw and heard.
Good surgery. Need better online bookable appointments
