Gardens At Lake Spivey is awesome I rented a two-bedroom apartment here and found that this place was fantastic! The apartments themselves are very spacious and nicely thought out! The staff are also wonderful they were so great when I went there for the first time that I didn't even bother looking anywhere else! One thing that really impressed my was how great they were about telling you when a package arrived for you! I shop on-line alot and have had bad experiences with this at apartments in the past! Don't be their next victim! Stay away! My grandmother was supposed to be given medication at 11:00pm after coming from the emergency room for a fall. The staff was informed of these Dr's orders and given the medication. At 7:00am the next morning me and my mom went to see grannie. She was deceased on the floor! The coroner said she had passed probably about an hour after we left the night before. We left at 9:00pm! That means that she passed around 10:00pm!!! The nurse had charted giving her the medication as scheduled - at ... read more

Excellent Facility I find the staff at Clearwater Commons to be attentive and responsive to their residents?? needs. I am a traveling Registered Nurse with many patients at Clearwater Commons and am impressed with the level of attention and care for their residents. I highly recommend Clearwater Commons to anyone in need of their services. In fact, if my mother is ever in need of an assisted living facility, Clearwater Commons would be my first choice.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! $18 to bring you a cup of water, $18 to change sheets an extra time, apart from paying the hefty monthly care charges. They stole a 37" brand new flat screen TV from my Mother-in-laws apartment when she was not there. No break-in. Somebody (may be an insider with a key??) used the key and took the TV. Nobody saw them carrying the 37" TV through the corridors. Talk about security. NONE. Please find a better place.

Awesome! The first time I visited Forum Bowling Lanes I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It is a really good place to take your family especially on Thursday nights, and Friday nights are good too, however friday nights are usually for the leagues and you can have a good time just hanging out watching the professional bowlers do their thing.
Retirement Living at its finest in Frankfort This is a beautiful retirement living facility. Clean, has emergency call system, on site manager, full time activity director who is very creative, travel program and friendly staff.Very knowledgeable staff, helpful, give great suggestions and help make the transition from a home life to a retirement home life for seniors. Close to all shopping strips. Good area for walking if a senior wanted to exercise. Close to schools and medical facilities and hospital.
