Sam was awesome in establishing a good program in that he brought my injured heel back to even better than it was before the injury... From the inviting and super friendly front desk ladies Kelly and Jen... To the physical therapists who helped me so many great people Grayson, Erin, Rita, Ms. Paramore, and Audrey such a great environment of laughs and conversations keep up the awesome work... I'm almost sorry I healed as fast as I did because I do not get to make Ashwood physical therapy a weekly part of my life anymore!
I had an appointment last week that I missed because I was very sick with the flu. When I realized I had missed (same day), I called and apologized and explained. I attempted to reschedule today, they refused to reschedule because I was a no show. Really poor public service.
First impressions really do matter, and Ashwood Physical Therapy made a great one. The receptionist was able to squeeze my initial consult in same week which was great because my surgeon wanted me to start right away. When I show up for appointments I barely wait before being seen, whereas some offices I am waiting over 30 minutes. Sam gave me a solid home exercise program that I’ve been doing every day, and it’s made a big difference. Had a great experience with both Sam and the aides. Came in for low back pain / herniated discs and was able to relieve a lot of the sciatic pain from traction and exercises prescribed. I was treated like family. Thank you!
I can’t say enough good things about Ashwood Physical Therapy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire office staff is so friendly and professional. Sam did a very thorough evaluation and took the time to really explain what was going on with my shoulder after a bad fall. I’ve just started treatment, but I already feel like I’m on the right path to getting my range of motion back.
