A very good experience
I am extremely fortunate that Dr Alex Tan is my ophthalmologist. He is caring, thorough, highly knowledgeable and has a talent for explaining complex medical issues in plain language. When he discussed surgical options with me earlier this year, he took the time to explain the full range of options available and associated risks so that I was able to make a well-informed decision as to whether to proceed with surgery. Very professional and friendly. Excellent service and atmosphere. I was referred to them only just in case examination due to my recent vision issues, but both Peter & Dr Thanh Nguyen were very kind and weren’t dismissive at all. It was very busy Friday with lots of patients but I didn’t have to wait for long time for my appointment or reception. Very well managed. Receptionist was very nice too!
My experience with Dr Alex Tan and the whole team at Ashwood Eye Clinic has been amazing. They all provide the highest level of patient care, professionalism, skilled medical intervention, patience and attention to detail to ensure a 100% result. I could not recommend them more highly.
