I have no electricity in bedroom, hallway , bathroom, kitchen. Back door so rotten I can't secure it. Ads say no dogs a woman up has 3 and pays less than half of what I pay 1200. My landlord Rob fr Rax seems to think it's ok for me to live in the dark. Full disclosure all the ads relating to this property are lies and false advertisement. Current tenant. 2021 This place is horrible. I’m so unhappy with building management, I pay 825 for a crumbly parking space and ignored maintenance calls. The heat feels like it’s either being cut off to save money often or it’s simply messed up. The space and general architecture of my apt is what made me move in. Its beautiful! But poor upkeep and bad manners is what will make me leave at the end of my lease. The money is not worth the trouble or disrespect.
