Doctor Ashwini Shadakshari is a true expert in the field of Rheumatology and I would recommend her to anyone who has arthritis. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She has always prescribed the necessary medications to reduce the pain associated with arthritis. I believe she really cares about her patients, and she also gave necessary referrals for me to get the surgery on other medical issues that I had. I really appreciate her help, she has made life a lot better for me.
Dr. Shadakshari has been very helpful in helping me navigate my new diagnosis. She explained everything clearly, set out a plan, and has answered my questions as they've come up. The office staff has been friendly and helpful, and when I've messaged I've gotten responses within a business day. I've been very happy with both the doctor and her practice.
Would give 0 stars if I could, wish I read these reviews before I visited this office. I saw Dr. Ashwini Shadakshari because she was the only Rheumatologist within 100 miles that accepted my insurance. I received the worst service, no interest or genuine care in my problems, at one point she even chuckled and said "Good luck" because she doesn't know what's wrong. I've been trying to reach out to Dr. Ashwini to schedule an appointment, but I can't reach anyone just the information line.. I keep pressing 1 to set up an appointment but it keeps repeating itself asking me to press 1 all over again. Is there another way for me to schedule an appointment with her?
I have sat on this review for too long debating on if I should warn others or allow you the freedom to decide however after careful consideration and reading others reviews it’s disgusting how many of us have received this treatment she needs to lose her licenses and be reprimanded. This is by far the worst rheumatologist I’ve ever seen.
