If no stars was a option I’d put it. I’d like to start with the fact of I hadn’t seen her in two years originally being sent to her for what my pcp had thought to be a thyroid issue. She did some labs and said I had high testosterone levels and diagnosed me with pcos. I think Dr. Reddy is amazing but her receptionist that took my call is rude and insensitive. This is the 2nd time I’ve had problems getting medication filled and experienced the same rude receptionist.. Smh having Graves’ disease and hyperthyroidism is hard enough i shouldn’t feel stressed over needing a couple of days of meds because the office couldn’t get me seen any sooner. They knew from the beginning I was going to need med and said it wasn’t going to be a problem but now it is… 😣
