I deliver their packages and they are very rude every time I go in. Leaving a review is really the only thing I can do that will impact them. Highly don’t recommend if you’re looking for decent people.
I called yesterday morning and three strikes. 1. They answered the phone with "hello" I was not sure I was calling Ashwaubenon Plumbing 2. 4 weeks before they could get me in with an appointment, I have a leaky pipe. So, really? They suggested I could be on a list for the next two weeks as an on-call, So, really, I also work full time. And then suggested I start to look around...so you want to lose my business? 3. I have used you in the past, so you lost a customer. You also said I was rude. 3 strikes and are out.
