I have been under the care of Dr. Patel for 2 years when I had to change my insurance from Cigna to Tricare. I called to verify if they took my new health insurance. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR HEALTH. YOU ARE WORTH MORE TO THEM SICK VERSUS HEALTHY. I had an Xray done and it was sent to my doctor on faxed on 1/12/26 at 3:00p.m. But everyone there claims they never received any X-rays from the radiologist. I sincerely do not think they actually care about your health and you as a human. I made an appointment at Dr. Ashvin Patel’s office to have a sty in my eye checked out. Before the appointment, the sty went away, and at the same time my son had to stay home with a fever. When I called to cancel, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response and was immediately told I would be charged a fee.
