Placed an order online over the weekend. After checking different shipping options settled on free shipping to the home. On Monday got a call saying there was a computer glitch and it would be over $100 more. I said we checked the other options and assumed the free shipping was a holiday special. I will not do business again with these people. Who ever the dark haired guy is, he's a sanctimonious prick. Self-righteous and does not belong in a small town setting like this. Get off your high horse and take a few classes in customer service.
Recently moved to Ashville, and John has been extremely helpful with everything we have needed.
Lowe's aint got nothing on these guys. There prices are wholesale to the public. Been in bussiness for 25 years and still holding strong.
