Rude staff. When I asked for midwife appointment they said I didn't look like I was pregnant. Because of that I ended up in hospital a few days later and lost my babe. Because something wasn't right.
Me and my family moved gp to ashville and yesterday I have taken my son here for the first time because he had high temperature and his tonsils were very swallowed. Dr Ainsworth seen him and we had a great experience. She was very professional by asking questions about his symptoms and what I gave him so far and at the end she ask me if I want him to get antibiotics or to take swabs to make sure if is a bacterial infection and after we get the results just if necessarily to prescribe him antibiotics. Amazing staff – so helpful and genuinely caring. The receptionists always go above and beyond, making you feel valued and supported. It’s clear they truly care about the patients. I’m so glad I moved to this doctor’s surgery – it’s made a real difference to my experience of healthcare.
Incompetent obese doctor told me the pains in my chest and Shortness of breath was anxiety, now property diagnosed with heart disease. Different doctor at Ashville medical practice also misdiagnosed me, refusing to apologise when proven misdiagnosis by private consultant. Doctors at this surgery are Incompetent, rude, hostile and DO NOT LISTEN TO PATIENTS, They misdiagnosed me twice in 3 yrs. Now I have proven serious heart condition because of their misdiagnosis. Avoid this surgery like the plague.
