I've lived here for 26 years and it's the first time I've seen our management follow the rules of the company that owns this property. The last mangers that cared about this place was Allan and De. Since they've been gone no one else seemed to care. I think what the new managers are doing to make it a better place is more than anyone else who has run it. I applied for a trailer on Monday , I have all the requirements and money in hand to pay for the trailer in cash and was told on the phone I was not approved because the property manager ****** ****** doesn’t like my husband. I was buying this trailer for my mom who has cancer and needed to be closer to family to help her out during chemo and after surgery. Don’t move here this place has turned into a dictatorship!! The new manager is making all these rules but yet can’t follow them herself!! They even hired a tow Truck company to drive around seeing if people have more than 3 cars in their driveway!! Stay far far away
