I'm very upset that I wasted so much time before seeking out another doctor. Literally two minute visits, checking nothing. Telling me I ask too many questions and I get one more. I’ve grown up my entire life with chronic ear problems and numerous surgeries. For the past 10 years Dr Ruparelia was my Dr and surgeon since my original retired. Imagine how scary that was for me to find a new Dr that constantly cuts and works into my head after having the same one since a baby. This doctor is one of the most rude, dismissive and demeaning I have ever experienced. I have been an RN for 20 years and am fairly versed and knowledgable about the healthcare system. He spent less than 5 mins in the room, did not shut the exam room door, does not listen and makes you feel less than. Completely unacceptable especially considering the cost. Agree with most of other reviews. This is exactly what is wrong with the healthcare system today and why it is so broken.
