I was 8 minutes late for my appointment. I have an ankle injury and it is very difficult for me to walk. I asked what the grace period was and I was told “for this doctor, 9 minutes” and despite still being in the grace period, they refused to see me. I explained my difficult moving right now and was still refused. If you have a grace period, honor it.
I can't begin to say how much I adore Ashtyn Dixon. She is kind, personable, intelligent, never makes me feel rushed during the appointment, answers ALL of my questions, and always willing to look for solutions for my concerns. She is the best primary care doctor I have ever had, and I can't recommend her enough.
