What a joke of a home builder. I’ve NEVER in my life seen such horrible homes. EVERYTHING IS DONE WRONG! How is that even possible? DO NOT hire this company. They are worthless! House out of square by 2+ inches, barley any insulation in the attic, crooked floors, chipped cabinets, bowed walls, shower leaks, missing tile grout, cracked roof trusses, horrible stucco job, leaking water heater, wall plaster cracks. The list goes on and on and on and on……. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS
Buyer beware, purchased a home through this company and they installed the fresh air inlet next to the plumbing vent and B vent. They refused to fix without court so now I'm selling the house at auction. Please don't purchase from this company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not work with this builder or the lender they offer incentives to work with. My husband and I were denied randomly a day before closing with no warning only to be refused our earnest money back with absolutely no explanation and no communication. WARNING: stay away from this company. They will keep your money and break their contracts and you will have to seek legal action like we did due to being out thousands of dollars.
