If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not work with this builder or the lender they offer incentives to work with. My husband and I were denied randomly a day before closing with no warning only to be refused our earnest money back with absolutely no explanation and no communication. WARNING: stay away from this company. They will keep your money and break their contracts and you will have to seek legal action like we did due to being out thousands of dollars.

Poor quality construction. So many problems noticed, walls crack, driveway cracks and concrete started coming out, windows installation, cheap materials over all I do not recommend them at all
