Do NOT buy a home from Ashton Woods. Our construction manager, Clayton, has been absolutely horrible to deal with and is by far the worst communicator we have ever experienced. Since moving into our home in January, our breaker has tripped EVERY single week. During one out-of-town trip, it tripped again and caused all of my frozen breast milk to spoil. What a joke of a home builder. I’ve NEVER in my life seen such horrible homes. EVERYTHING IS DONE WRONG! How is that even possible? DO NOT hire this company. They are worthless! House out of square by 2+ inches, barley any insulation in the attic, crooked floors, chipped cabinets, bowed walls, shower leaks, missing tile grout, cracked roof trusses, horrible stucco job, leaking water heater, wall plaster cracks. The list goes on and on and on and on……. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS
Buyer beware, purchased a home through this company and they installed the fresh air inlet next to the plumbing vent and B vent. They refused to fix without court so now I'm selling the house at auction. Please don't purchase from this company.
