Been working on several warranty claims with Mark from their team. Beware, they will not back up their 10 year structural warranty. Used sub par sub-contractors that installed gutters in our house and ruined a part of our roof. Warranty on some of the products installed on our house is lifetime and they weren't able to get the contractor to answer the phone to get them to make a claim with the manufacturer. At some point Mark stopped answering emails/calls.
