This is my second year living here.apartments need renovations to bathrooms and kitchen, floors are rotted they work maintenance to death they do the best they can.I feel the owners need to remodel these apartments. A lot of rotted floors. Kitchens ,the stoves and tubs are older than I am.Make sure that leftover trash from people who move out is not left on patios and back steps!
Ashton Square is a nasty,unkempt place.There is sidewalk at the end of my row,that cannot be used if it rains,because for whatever reason,the water builds up there,and it's standing water,that attracts mosquitos.Trash is always in the parking lots and on the grounds,the office staff is horrible,and maintenance is a joke.I was never allowed to see the apartment that I transferred into,and when I moved in,I see there are a lot of maintenance issues.I was told that the apartment had been supposedly sprayed several times for roa... read more
My daughter have lived out there since August 2015 & she have had problems after problems.no hot water, ppl breaking in ppl apartments & the rent office knows about it & they not inform the ppl so they can be safe.dishwasher leaks & sometimes holds water,washer leaks as well.ppl getting kilt out there & they try to keep it on a hush hush.drug activity going on in some of the hallways.the tow cars that suppose to be out there but don't mess with the ones that don't suppose to be out there.they say it's security out there but... read more
