This place acts in highly unethical ways. I broke the lease and paid the full 2 months contractually obligated. In addition, I opted to have them clean and take my $250 deposit. Months later, they’ve handed this over to a collection agency for $170 that are unexplained except saying (falsely) that I turned apartment over a day late. I in fact handed it over a total of 3 days before what would have been covered by rent + the two months to leave early. This is after being a tenant for 7 years with no issues. Disgusting
Great apartment, great amenities, amazing location, and I will run out of things to write about. I am writing this almost a year later since I moved out. I gave them 4-5 months of notice before moving out and my rent at that time was way below the market. I told them I can find someone to take over my lease but they said that won’t be necessary since we have so much time to find someone so you will be fine to just move and nothing else is needed. I have only been here for a few months, and I must say that I truly love calling it home. From Ms. Liz and Ms. Jay at the concierge desk to Taylor, Leah, and Angela on the leasing and management team, they have significantly simplified my life. They are friendly and easy to work with. Their patience with my unit request and subsequent change was beyond what I expected. You get what you pay for and then some
I toured the building with Taylor earlier this year and absolutely fell in love with the location and amenities! I have since moved in and have loved living here. All the staff, from the cleaning crew to the concierge to the leasing team, have been so friendly and helpful!
I love my apartment and everyone who works here and makes it feel like home. Biggest bonus of all is that I never hear my neighbors 🙌🏼 I toured a lot of buildings and none of the others could offer that.
