Let me just say: if you’re touring The Ashton Luxury Apartments and your leasing agent is Michael… buckle up. It’s going to be a ride — just maybe not the luxury one you were hoping for. As one of the long time residents of the Ashton (12+ years), I can truly say that the property is the best in Charlotte. First and foremost, safety. Apart from the 24x7 concierge (anchored by Liz), the Management has installed security cameras in the garage. I believe this is the only property in Charlotte that has this feature.
