Great communication
If you like scheduling and set up an appointment and then people not following through, then call them today! I don't like the feeling of disappointment..so I will take my business elsewhere. Also, this was not a one time thing. It has happened multiple times. Be advised. When they show up, they get the job done. Unfortunately, this can only get you 2 stars for me.
