Trash is everywhere and poop station trashcan is full. I don't know what Maintenance is doing besides sitting on there butt. People smoking weed outside and kids are running rampant.
Honestly I know they have some bad reviews but I moved in November and the new managers are awesome they communicate really well and the maintenance crew is also very responsive we put a order for a hvac issue and the very next day first thing in the morning they came by and made sure they got the A/C back up and running I would recommend this place to anyone compared to all the other complex’s I’ve lived at this one by far is the best
Mr. Byran is my Favorite Maintenance guy he knows what he is doing and very skilled in his work. Also I want to thank Ms. Natasha making sure my water heater was replaced today the same day I needed one
