I have been living at Ashton Point since 2024. I have grown to appreciate the maintance team here; especially Brian. He has been working at the complex through my residency and I know that I can always count on him to get to the bottom of any maintance issue that may occur in my apartment. He is extremely knowledgeable, effient and thorough; as well as, curteous and easy to communicate with.
James, did a great job. The ac unit is working perfectly.
Very easygoing and friendly. And the job was done good and efficiently. Was done in just 2 hours.
I Just moved in here not too long ago and so far my experience has been AMAZING! Natasha is very friendly and understanding. She is really quick to be on anything that you need help with as well as her maintenance team. Especially Brian W BRAIN the coolest and most knowledgeable Maintenance man everrrr.
