Everybody I met was first class, including Jason (dispatched to identify a leak and scope and flush drainage), Brent & Jeff (supervisors) and even Jeffery (dispatch). It was a complicated job, but their team was comprehensive and stood behind their work, returning to our home until issues where resolved or the work was seen to the next step in its completion. Recently I called service for my water heat Triangle Tube boiler the problem was no heat and hot water all dead . The technician arrived and diagnostic the problem was the expansion tank leaking , the replace cost is 800 dollars ,you still have to pay 300 dollars(diagnostic fee) if you don't to fix it , so far I know the expansion tank is about 100 dollar how come they charged me for 800 dollar , it is too expensive I won't call them next time .

Had great service at first in booking a plumber but the follow up & communication after was horrendous. Had to call 7 times to get an answer & they would not release the info needed in order to get my insurance claim started. Ended up going elsewhere. Would not recommend.
