2023 boiler maintenance - We were satisfied with Jadon's maintenance check of our boiler. UPDATE - October 17th, 2024: We just had our annual boiler maintenance done by Klaus, the senior technician, who went above & beyond to solve the loud starting issue. He was supremely efficient with his time and explained the value of regular inspections. Ashton is extremely fortunate to have him overseeing their team of boiler technicians. I never thought I would write a review about HVAC lol. Ashton was incredible. My furnace died, they were at my house within 2 hours, diagnosed and fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Our technician Kaivon was a 10/10. I would highly recommend Ashton.

We had a 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump system installed in January (2023) and I would not recommend Ashton. The outside unit was not secured and the work was done without permits. I gave Ashton the benefit of the doubt and over two months to remedy this, yet they still have not scheduled all of the required permit inspections. Ashton did not level the ground before installing the unit and as a result the unit was not secure, leaning and quite tippy.
