Was there..almost 2 weeks in Feb..2017..Terrible care..did not change bandage on open wound from surgery..as directed by Dr..everyday..In fection set in..had to go back to Mercy..never heard a thing from that Director..Honestly was a frightening experience there..when aides came in to empty colonosty bag..the pee and poop would go all over the bed..I was unable to walk at the time..I have always been a positive person..but it was so demeaning there..Still have dreams about the terrible experience..Have told many people..at t... read more

I had a wonderful experience at Ashton Place. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself after surgery. The staff is wonderful, kind, and efficient. I started out planning to stay for two weeks but I extended it to six weeks! May God bless all the staff and residents who live there. Mary Nelle Hales
RecommendedI saw one of your employees last night a Crystal Graham she was at a restaurant in Van Buren some kind of catfish restaurant and she was screaming and hollering and cussing in front of all the customers is that the kind of people you have working at your rehab facility
Apparently they have a problem paying their employees!!!!
The rehabilitation unit at Ashton are second to none. The staff are the best and go above and beyond the call of duty. A home like atmosphere with great people. Therapy department is the best around. I strongly recommend rehab at this facility. God sent!! Thank you for all you do for my father and his family too! God bless you all!
My mother in law, Becky Lessley lived there for 6 years until she passed this past Saturday. Larry and I cannot thank the staff enough for the wonderful care Becky has received since day one. Becky had a unique set of issues and everyone from administration to nurses to aides made her feel welcome, cared for and loved. The list of names to thank is a long one so I won’t. The staff here is wonderful, compassionate,loving, hardworking people that care about the residents as well as the family. Couldn't have made it without them!!
