DONT DO IT. These apartments are absolutely horrible at everything. Way too expensive for what you get. We moved from Wyoming and the first apartment they showed us had roaches we turned around and handed the keys back to them. Our tub started to crack, we put in a maintenance report and they didn’t make an effort to fix it till the 4th report was made. Mind you, these cracks led to mold growth that they “can’t claim as mold”. Refuse to do testing. All while we have a 4 month old. Absolutely no urgency to resolve this issue.... read more
The process was quick and easy Tammy was our agent awesome attitude, very sweet and kind. The staff was very nice the buildings was clean outside and for me that’s big! It was quite very settling. Thank you Ashton oaks
I am a International student from India and I actually moved in in this apartment on 03/19/2025, while we came for the virtual tour, the leasing agent showed us a room and quoted $1360 for the room, we liked it and we applied for it , paid the non refundable deposit as we are students, came to collect the keys and checked that they gave us some another room which they didnot show us before, we told them that it was not the room we looked before, they told that the room which we saw is actually $1560, we agreed and we moved i... read more
