Toured the apartments today! Outside of having to wait a little bit past my scheduled time. It was great! Temple was a excellent host. He broke the fees/costs very well, and gave us honest reviews of the place. Even if we didn't get to tour the apartment we were hoping. He gave us a really good first impression on the place.
First off I wanna say the property manager Alina Giddens is such a kind lady help with anything u need the property is very nice I’m happy I decided to make this my home my kids love here … If you’re looking for a new home try Ashton Oats .

First time apartment hunter here! Temple Greenwood was great when I called, He was professional, knowledgeable, and had such a warm, welcoming personality. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt confident every step of the way. I appreciate his dedication and genuine care to help. Help ease my anxiety I have about this process that is new to me. Very grateful for his help!
