Thanks to Mark, Saheed and Bin for installing our Heat Pump. Ours was a difficult one as we had to deal with a lot of Strata and provincial bureaucracy.
do NOT use Ashton to install a heat pump! After 2 1/2 years the refrigerant starting leaking away, so we couldn't heat the house properly in February. A temporary fix of topping up the refrigerant got us through the winter, but when the weather warmed up the cooling function stopped working after a couple of weeks. The fix (by another company), which took two tries, was to redo the connections of the refrigerant line which were done improperly.
