This was my first time meeting with Dr. Ashton Lai since my previous Cardiologist retired. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Lai was extremely warm, friendly and kind. He was very thorough and took his time to get to know me and my Medical History. The dialogue was great and he listened and I was not rushed during the appointment. He made me feel comfortable. His professionalism and sincerity came across wonderfully.
