No wait times from the start. Friendly staff. Dr. Lai is extremely knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable and much better with my situation. His Pre-Exam young ladies were very pleasant and helpful. His exam was precise and all of the results were on the MyChart platform when I got home. He scheduled further tests to make sure everything is ok and changed my meds. I look forward to seeing him on the follow up in 6 months. I made the right choice choosing Dr. Lai, bottom line.
