Dr Lai is professional, personable and caring. He is very knowledgeable and his practice is accommodating. Dr Lai’s healthcare and administrative staff are nice as well.

First appointment- since current cardiologist retired 1/2026 within the same group, was quite nervous since I had the same cardiologist for 15 plus years .Personable engaging Dr. that went over current labs, listened to my concerns and gave direction regarding my care.
