I am a 62 years old man. I have chronic left intercostal pain back to a couple of decades ago due to playing ping pong right hand right loop. I always do intensive exercise because I don't feel pain during the exercise due to the more blood flow between fascia and muscle and the adrenaline generated from the brain.
