This is a beautiful establishment! The nurses are beyond attentive and the facility is so clean. My family member wasn't able to walk at all and is now in tip top shape. Ashton rehab are miracle workers. If you need rehab these folks are beyond good at what they do. Everyone seems so happy to be there and you won't find a cleaner and more friendly place to get well. Thank you Ashton for what you did for the black family.
I don’t know where they got those photos but it isn’t the Ashton place in Mcleansville! This was on my mom’s floor for 3 days. Not to mention every morning I get there she’s soaked in urine. I hate this place. Office staff is nice and so are some of the techs but over all care is terrible. There’s been more issues but these 5 star reviews are BS.
The Ashton Rehad and health is a very nice place to be during your recovery. The whole entire staff is just amazing . I thank Jesus for leading me there. Thanks to Ms. Constance MC, and Ms. Debbie and the nursing staff was just awesome
I have had many clients in this facility, and I have been impressed by the care and attention they receive when I am visiting. Darrian in admissions is so helpful and kind, and Abigail in discharge is compassionate and works hard to help each resident. I always recommend Ashton when clients ask me where they should go for long term care.
