The Ashton Rehab has been an incredible facility for my mother in law. The entire staff thoughout the facility are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. From the first day, Darien with Admin worked with us to facilitate her transition flawlessly. Ashley and Traci in the business office made all the paperwork painless and basically do all the paperwork. Could not have been easier on the Family. My step father experienced 8 falls while at Ashton. He was there for rehab after a hospital stay. While under their care, he had 9 trips to the emergency room. He was a fall risk, as many seniors can be. Most or the emergency room trips were for inadequate monitoring and care by Ashton Rehab. He managed to contract a respiratory illness while at Ashton, and died 2 weeks later under hospice care. Ashton is not a facility that should be considered. I had a very disappointing experience with Beverly Jacsin. In my experience, she came across as rude and insincere, and I did not feel that she demonstrated the qualities I would expect from a manager at a nursing home. I strongly encourage families to stay involved, ask questions, and pay close attention to the care and management their loved ones receive at this facility.

Very disappointing experience. I found the situation difficult to deal with and felt that communication was not honest or reliable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with Beverly Jacsin and would not use the service again.

It is a great place to take nursing assistant students. The majority of the staff are friendly towards students and very knowledgeable, accommodating, and accepting. The director of Nursing and administrator are pleasant to work with as they seek to provide an enriched experience for the students. The residents seem to love it there. The facility is very clean & well kept at all times. It is a cozy spot and one that is very comforting for the residents.
