I have seen many, many nursing homes over the past 25 years, and this is certainly one of the best. It is beautiful, immaculately kept, exceptional food and therapy services, and some very caring activities and direct care staff. The management team is quick to respond. When I walk through the halls staff, residents, and visitors are smiling. This says a lot. I highly recommend Ashton!

Ashton was a great place for my father’s 3 week stay. The o/t and p/t were very helpful with personalized care for his needs. The daytime staff was super friendly and respectful of him, from housekeeping to administrators and practitioners. Some of the nighttime care wasn’t up to the same standards, but was adequate for his needs for the most part. I am very happy with our choice to send him there, and would not hesitate to do so again, should the need arise.

This is a beautiful establishment! The nurses are beyond attentive and the facility is so clean. My family member wasn't able to walk at all and is now in tip top shape. Ashton rehab are miracle workers. If you need rehab these folks are beyond good at what they do. Everyone seems so happy to be there and you won't find a cleaner and more friendly place to get well. Thank you Ashton for what you did for the black family.

I don’t know where they got those photos but it isn’t the Ashton place in Mcleansville! This was on my mom’s floor for 3 days. Not to mention every morning I get there she’s soaked in urine. I hate this place. Office staff is nice and so are some of the techs but over all care is terrible. There’s been more issues but these 5 star reviews are BS.
