One Star, that's all you get. One star for not killing him! First, a grown man should not have to share a bedroom! If he does, more than 2 feet between beds would be nice! Not putting an incontinent person with a non-incontinent person would be a courtesy! Emyou is very aggressive, combative, and confrontational. She literally screamed at my Mama the first time they met because Mama was telling her what the doctor said about my uncle. She yells at the residents a lot in both languages. Any is a very caring person and would recommend Ashton Care Home to anyone. Great meals, clean and cares for the seniors that is in her care.

Honestly, who ever answers the phone at this “care home” could do better. Shes a bit rude and seems snappy.. could of been a bad day? I don’t know. All I asked her was if she could write down my number so my grandfather could call me because he’s been asking. she replied “well he doesn’t have a phone DID YOU KNOW THAT?… it’s a privilege for them to use this phone” Essentially saying these residents do not have access to the phone to call their loved ones. My Mother gets good care and attention and they are friendly to guests! There’s a nice deck where the residents can sit in privacy and enjoy nature.

New owners have taken over a few years ago. The food, home cleanliness, personal care and overall respect for the residents is excellent. Mom is very happy here and calls Ashton Care her home. I rate Ashton Care Home 5 Star.
