I am extremely disappointed with the standard of care I received at this clinic over a period of approximately five years. For years, my symptoms and abnormal iron results were treated as an iron deficiency issue, yet the underlying cause — coeliac disease — was not identified. I find it extremely concerning that, despite having ongoing issues over such a prolonged period, the possibility of coeliac disease was apparently not properly investigated. Doctors all seem great and over the years even exceptional . However the complete lack of any sort of enthusiam from the older desk attendant today was incredable . I attended to ask if i could get a refferal repeated for my cancer specialist and the first reaction was that of " seems like more trouble than its worth " . She then says if you havnt attended here for a year then i cant help you . I replied that i think i had inhouse surgical done last year . Yes she replied but that was 10 of march last year so no cant help yo... read more
