Minus 1 Star What a horrible experience with a Doctor Tanya Martin. She was disinterested, rude and not prepared to examine me when I told her about the swelling and abdominal pain I was suffering. She was more concerned about the time. In fact asked me to leave because she was running overtime then on top of that they charged me $175. My usual doctor had left the practice but my notes were available. She wouldn’t even give me my regular medication prescribed as usual by my previous Doctor. Our family (5) have attended the Clinic since our return to Perth in early 2022. We’ve found the reception staff to be friendly, attentive and professional. Our physicians are Drs Lim & Rohr, with whom we have a great relationship. Paul T (PFT42), sorry to hear about your wife’s terrible experience with unruly patients. Whilst we have never had an experience like that, I would encourage your wife to immediately go to reception if she feels unsafe - even outside the Clinic. The staff will always help. My wife, our baby, and I recently moved to Claremont and visited the clinic for our daughter’s one-month vaccinations. The doctor was fantastic and caring, and we would love to continue seeing her. However, the medical centre itself does not seem suitable as a family practice. My wife was harassed multiple times as she was leaving the clinic by individuals who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I am not sure whether the practice specialises in treating people recovering from addiction and/or those experiencing home... read more
Ashton Avenue Medical Centre have been my doctors for over 20 years. The staff and doctors have always been amazing! I would personally like to thank all the staff and Doctors at Ashton Avenue Medical centre for all of your help and support over the years.
I had a very good experience. Staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. They have treatment for all oral problems. Do visit guys
