Our family (5) have attended the Clinic since our return to Perth in early 2022. We’ve found the reception staff to be friendly, attentive and professional. Our physicians are Drs Lim & Rohr, with whom we have a great relationship. Paul T (PFT42), sorry to hear about your wife’s terrible experience with unruly patients. Whilst we have never had an experience like that, I would encourage your wife to immediately go to reception if she feels unsafe - even outside the Clinic. The staff will always help. My wife, our baby, and I recently moved to Claremont and visited the clinic for our daughter’s one-month vaccinations. The doctor was fantastic and caring, and we would love to continue seeing her. However, the medical centre itself does not seem suitable as a family practice. My wife was harassed multiple times as she was leaving the clinic by individuals who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Ashton Avenue Medical Centre have been my doctors for over 20 years. The staff and doctors have always been amazing! I would personally like to thank all the staff and Doctors at Ashton Avenue Medical centre for all of your help and support over the years.
