My husband had a great experience with Ashton last summer with his vehicle and recommended them to me. However, I initially wanted to go to a repair pal shop under my extended warranty since it provides a discount. I found a repair pal shop and it was a horrible experience. The repair pal shop tried to up charge me by requesting the A/C compressor be replaced when the hose just needed to be replaced. Brought my 2019 Nissan Kicks to get looked at..the check engine light was on..was told that it was going to be $175 diagnostic fee which I fully understood and was willing to pay..because they couldn't necessarily pinpoint the exact problem the store manager Paul told me that he would wave the fee..my 1st time here after taking my vehicles to another trusted mechanic shop because they sold it..definitely did not have to do that but greatly appreciated..they have just earned my 3 vehicles for future repair services..will defi... read more
Just imagine getting caught in the flooding streets Thursday evening before a long memorial weekend. I did make it home safely. The next morning upon driving into my work parking lot.. There is smoke coming out from hood. Of course I looked but didn't see anything.. and was very worried. I googled to find a shop close by. Ashton automotive was 8 minutes away. I’ve had a few trucks worked on here throughout the year. I’ll keep it short and simple. Ashton and Paul every time I see them, they go out of their way to greet me and ensure I do not have any questions or concerns. The young woman handling the logistics, is very professional and prompt about their services and procedures. To put it this way, I have a shop in Killeen tx and Durant Ok.
