Do not use this company. Horrible customer service and support!!
We have tried getting commercial insurance from these people, but they seem inexperienced and uninformed. They call and leave a message, but when I return the call, they do not remeber calling. In one phone call they say they can insure us and in another they say they can't due to the word "auction" in our business name. Then we get a call 2 months later saying they can, only to turn right back around and say they can't. We have asked for an explanation but no one there can give us a straight answer.
