Pretty much a 10/10 place for single or small family’s, maintenance and office personnel are friendly and helpful!!! But not 5 stars because it’ll be a year in November that I’ve been here and the pool has not opened once even when having people coming to clean it!!

Laura is one of the most genuinely kind and caring property managers I have ever met. She helped us with everything we needed and explained things in an understandable way. She has gone above and beyond what I've experienced from any other property manager My overall experience living at Ashton has been great, and she had made it even better.
New management is awful and immediately started cutting corners. They began heavy renovations right after taking over, including half-finished paint jobs, wet concrete poured at the base of stairwells, and no safe way to reach my apartment for days. Contractors climbed onto my balcony and entered my unit without notice, even leaving the door open where my cats could have escaped. When it (thankfully) came time to move out, I emailed the manager asking where to return my keys since the office was closed. I never received a re... read more
Ashton is a great place to live! The apartments are well-maintained and the on-site team is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any concerns or maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. It’s clear they really care about the residents here. Highly recommend!
