Van Der Zee is amazingly on point. The entire office is actually. If there is an issue they assist right away (when able). My stay here has been very pleasant and unbothered. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in this area to check out these units. Not the newest but definitely doable and affordable.
Been here only two months and would never live here again. Management is horrible. Maintenance cannot fix anything for their life. They literally don't know how to put a nail through wood. Charges added on top of rent, but management said they fully disclosed that at lease signing when no they never said your water bill would be added onto your rent and not provided as a separate bill. This place seems nice on the outside but here’s a WARNING to future renters: This apartment complex has ongoing mold and German roach infestations that have gone unresolved for almost 2 years now. Management is aware but only applies temporary fixes like painting over mold or sending pest control sporadically, which does nothing to solve the problem.
