I am very happy to have met Sarah and try her enriched Yoga classes. She is very kind and patient. She guilds you and helps you even when you’re a beginner like myself. I value the traditional aspect of taking Ashtanga Yoga in this setting as it truly opens up the full potential and healing of the body as a whole.
