Did not receive arrival notice until multiple requests Few days after we received arrival notice shipment arrived whse We did not receive arrival notice before vessels arrived and ended up paying 420 storage Eta to cfs was not given to us either we found out after multiple emails requesting status
This company takes absolutely no responsibility for any of their actions. There is no internal communication, they don’t even check emails… they will lose your goods and then ask you to pay full price for it. They feel no remorse, they operate this company like a joke and come up with random excuses that have no logic. Example: “Your shipment has been missing for 6 months because someone is in a meeting right now” Absolute JOKE
Very bad service took company over 6 months to reply back after we paid
