Getting in touch with the appropriate doctor is the worst team of resources and processes I have ever seen and I am a40 year RW associate. Everything is pushed to the portal so you never get a phone call to explain your results even though I have told them. Only because my other valley Dr read the results did they discover I had an infection. Never again rhumetology group
Dr Raslan is the best, most kind physician. I come all the way from Manhattan to see him
The receptionist was very pleasant . When my check up was over I needed some blood work done . There were 3 patients also waiting . My problem was the person taking the blood was going to lunch . Every 6 months office visit I have lab work done . He took the blood was professional . I would recommend that there should be another person to take the blood or schedule his lunch according to the appointments. We all have other places to be and I do not have the time to sit around and wait for his lunch to be over. Thank you
