I was going to take my car for a pink slip today but upon calling the business beforehand to ask if they do it, how much it costs and how long it would take? He told me I asked too many questions. What a rude person telling customer like that. Learn some good manners or lose potential customers
Quoted $160 and 1 hour for servicing. After waiting over an hour, they took another 30 minutes and then suddenly asked for $180. He even swore on his God to justify the extra charge, claiming the engine oil cost more, which was false and easily verifiable. Using religion to support a lie is unacceptable. Poor honesty, poor transparency, and disappointing service. Would not recommend.
