Dr is never there. You’ll always see a NP. My mom recently had a stroke and prescriptions were changed. When I called in for a refill, only 1 out of the 3 drugs were refilled correctly. Another had the wrong strength and the new drug that was given to her was never refilled. This is just wreck less! They have all that information but yet don’t take time make sure prescriptions are correct.

NEVER THERE... Doesn't even deserve a star...how can a person expect to get healthy when there primary care dr is never available? Completely negligent and incompetent
Ever since my insurance has changed. They sent me to Dr.Ashok which he's never there. A pcp women instead which I was not assign to. I must warn you if they try to send you to tower imaging and charge you. Every thing has messed me up bad that their just sending me to random placed. For an example I live in long beach and they keep sending me to L.A.. what the hell...
Iv been getting neupogen shots for 6 months now after chemo therapy and this Dr asok that iv never met decides to change the locational of where I get my 7 days of shots. Sending me three times away farther with the statment "its safe at your DR's office", this Dr changed my routine without ever meeting with my or talking to me, causing me now 2 months of arguing and wasteing my money and time.
