Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived before my scheduled appointment time, yet was treated coldly from the start. A staff member named Veronica was rude and dismissive when I simply asked for an itemized invoice, and her attitude suggested this isn’t unusual behavior toward patients here. Dr. Veeranki, the oral surgeon, was incredibly gentle and attentive. I experienced only minimal pain during the procedure and had no bruising afterward, which made the entire experience very comfortable.
