Had husband do a cat scan for his nose and sinuses. Husband was correct and needed surgery for both. He didn't believe him. Then while we were reading the radiologist report while on vacation, come to find out, most of the report was about a brain tumor my husband has. And he never told him.
Awesome ENT doctor. He is thorough, compassionate, and knowledgable. His bedside manner is refreshing, and his follow up flawless.
Lacks empathy
1/29/2023 - I’ve been having intermittent hearing loss with low sounding frequencies plus repeated left ear infections. I told him it was concerning and he asked me why I was concerned. Really dude?! You’re a hearing doctor. If you have to ask me why I am concerned about potential hearing loss, than you are in the wrong profession. Bedside manner of a brick. Mannequins show more emotion. He was veey professional, explained everything thoroughly amd answered all questions. He did a scope on my 2 month old baby and we felt very comfortable.
