Called a month ago for a PA to get meds refilled. Called Dr. Office and pharmacy for a week. Then was told by Dr. Office they sent it. Still today no meds, no call back since I was told it was handled. Never have I ever had to deal with this before. So I will no long go to this Office. Front staff has run it in the ground. Dr's are great. I been going here for years to. No star is what it should be.

The problem with the office staff is terrible, I go for the second consecutive appointment and when I arrive it is not the day of the appointment ”they make me understand that I am the wrong one, they do their job very badly they put a date in the system and they tell you Another and when I arrive they feel it but it is not the day and they treat you badly, contemptuously, directly with the lady of Indian origin, she is the one who has taken my appointments badly! In the office the staff is a total disaster, there is a person of Indian origin, who seems that he does not speak English well or likes to do things the wrong way. He tells you one thing and puts another in the system, so when you go to your appointment, they tell you that it is for another day, twice I had to go through this.
