we can't say enough about the great work jacob and his team did for us. their skill in every part of the job was impressive. our old home had sewage backing up into the downstairs bathroom. they quickly found the broken pipes under the house. in less than a week, the trenches were dug out and new pipes were put in. the dirt was filled back in and the concrete work finished all in one day. we had called Sawyer Brothers Plumber's Service Co. before to repipe our house with pex after a freeze, and that job was excellent too!

After discovering a gas leak in our basement, our gas was shut off until we could get it fixed. I reached out to Sawyer Brothers Plumber's Service Co. in the late afternoon, and while they informed me that everyone was booked for the day, they assured me someone would come by first thing in the morning. True to their word, a plumber arrived right at 8am and was able to repair the line, as well as cap off some old pipes that were no longer in use. By 10am, we had our gas service restored! We had a main sewer line backup and an older clay sewer line, so a plumbing service came out to help. They suggested we replace the whole sewer line, which was a bit pricey, but we ended up upgrading several old sewer lines in our home to new PVC. They even offered a long warranty on their work, which was great. I had a fantastic experience with a plumbing service in Richardson. From the moment I called, they were attentive and ready to help. Their mitigation team arrived that same morning, led by Benjamin and Zachary, to assess our broken water heater. They clearly explained their plan and discussed the pros and cons of each option.
