Yes, the worst doctor to have met ever. No follow ups - attitude is such that he doesn’t care about the patient’s health at all. This is my personal experience.
Dr. Joshi is an outstanding primary care physician—thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and ensures you feel supported. Highly recommend for anyone seeking excellent medical care near Billerica!
He does not care about you he is in it for the money by far the worst doctor I have ever met he will over book and cram multiple people in to one time slot knowing this I know a girl I grew up with that works there and she told me all about it .. to be seen for a simple check up expect to spend over and hour close to two for any type of treatment!!! Like I said does not care about you only about ur money he will have you do multiple tests that you don’t need just so he can charge ur insurance take a look for ur self !!! Funn... read more
I have been a patient at this office for nearly 20 years and have consistently experienced poor customer service. The staff openly discusses PHI/PII in front of other patients, the billing department overcharges and misapplies payments, and they have refused to provide me with my own medical information. I do not recommend this office and have since found a much better provider.

I do not recommend them and had to find another provider that is much better.
