This office has no knowledge of how to send referrals to an insurance company and even after the insurance company contacting them twice, they still managed to fail to complete the proper information and I have received a $400 bill from the specialist. Dr. Jain is professional, courteous, and always seems to care about his patients. He will take the time to answer any questions you might have. Excellent Doctor. I can't answer ease of scheduling appointments below as it has not been applicable to me.
