Front staff were friendly and professional. Scheduler’s assistance was and will continue to be invaluable. Early in this process but I am confident I am in good hands with Dr. Babu.
My cardiologist was attempting to do a stent, but my blockages were in a place that a stent was not the idea procedure for me. I had an appointment the next day with Dr. Babu, he came in the room I was in after the stent procedure that didn’t work and explained everything to me, and said he could do the bypass the next day. How wonderful that he cared enough to visit me, and do the procedure the next day. He was able to do it robotically , and my recovery was more than expected at my 2 2/1 week follow up appointment. Could not have been more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Babu. He is great at explaining everything that he is going to do.
Dr. Babu never made me feel rushed and took time to walk us through images of my arteries. He never made me feel like he was in a hurry or needed to move my appointment along. Surgery in a week & I feel confident in his hands. Everyone at the hospital was so kind & helpful… offering to walk us to the next office. Had a very pleasant experience at the West hospital.
